The 2014 Sonus Festival will take place on August 18th through August 22nd. Confirmed acts include Adam Port, Chris Liebing, Dan Andrei, Henrik Schwarz, Joseph Capriati, Luciano, Monika Kruse, Pan-Pot, tINI, Yaya, Alexandra, Cormac, David Mayer, Jacob Husley, Loco Dice, Marcel Dettmann, Meat, Peter Pixzel, and Tobi Neumann. The majority of the sets will take place at the Papaya and Kalypso nightclubs on Zrce Beach, and one wristband gets you into every venue. Partiers can come and go as they please, though the most popular shows do fill up fast and once they’re at capacity, the doors will be closed to newcomers.
Nearby Novalja is a short 30 minute walk away, and festival organizers recommend hopping on one of the inexpensive public transportation options. This city features unique local food, music, and culture of its own, and is a must-see for festival-goers.
