Rising up to be one of the most exciting transcontinental EDM events, the party at Electric Beach may be coming to a city near you next. Electric Beach found its roots by hosting weekly parties in Las Vegas and New York City, where it round up some of the most promising producers and DJs around the world to create a concert series set under an exotic island backdrop for maximum enjoyment (only fitting since it’s sponsored by Corona). Recently Electric Beach announced its plans to begin hosting parties in Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago, with many more cities in the works. Among the first of this new series will be the official Lollapalooza after party, held at the Studio Paris in Chicago. On August 1 and 2, DJ Vice and Iggy Azalea will be performing on Friday with Calvin Harris lighting up the stage on Saturday to make sure everyone leaves sweatier than when they came in. For those of you going to Lollapalooza, Electric Beach will be the cherry on top; make sure you’re there to get the whole Chicago nightlife experience.
