Abendrot

Located in Aachen’s prominent “Pont” district with many cafés, restaurants and bars, the small but stylish club, Abendrot, substantiates the cliché that it is not always the size that counts. The deceptive lounge-like character of the club with its white design and interior turns into a raging club ambiance as soon as the LED lights are turned on at night, making room for various events and DJ nights.

With a capacity of 250 people and just 3 tables in the small seating area at the entrance, you can follow the party via visual experience on two large flatscreens or one of the four monitors behind the 7m long bar.

Several events throughout the week give you plenty to choose from: might it be the opportunity of becoming the next superstar on one of the popular Karaoke Nights (1 Euro Kölsch and Tequila as well as 2 Euro Prosecco and Sparkling will help anybody overcome the daunting absence of courage), or Friday’s “Beat Club” which invites you to join the fiesta on all three floors.

The DJ, playing the turntables behind the bar, showers the crowd with more mixed genres throughout the week and mainly house beats on the weekend.  On the downside, expect more mainstream music, and watch out for the seemingly chavvy giants at the door.  Entrance is free during the week and only 4 Euros on weekends, which is definitely on the plus side.
