Amoxis Lounge

The Amoxis is an upscale, trendy nightclub in Schweighouse sur Moder—30 km north of Strasbourg with easy access from the A4 motorway.  Built in 2005, it has maintained the most up-to-date technology, be it for the sound system or the safety of its guests. Built on two floors, l’Amoxis offers three dance floors with two different musical styles, four bars, three VIP sections, and a stage that can be modified to accommodate shows. Guest DJs like Captain Morgan and Michael Calfan are regularly invited to play sets at Amoxis. Salsa and zouk liven the smaller “salle blanche” and the main dance floor is where club-goers can move to more generalist sets.

The originality of the club’s Egyptian decor sets this venue apart from others and enhances its luxury approach.  Fridays are ladies’ nights with no cover charge for the girls before midnight, aside from special events. Open Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 PM and Sundays from 11:00 PM. Cover charge is 20 to 25 euros depending on the agenda for the evening, and a bottle of spirits starts at 85 euros.  Smart, casual dress required and entry is supervised with ID checks.  High security measures are taken and a guarded parking lot is available.  An electronic breathalyzer is available for guests before they drive home, and a taxi service is also on call.
