A trendy club in the Gaslamp District, Bassmnt is all about EDM, but if you like a little variety, a separate room featuring hip hop and other music is accessible.

Bassmnt has a large bar bar as well as two smaller ones, so you won’t have to fight your way through the crowd just to get a drink in one spot. Smoking is allowed, but only in the upstairs lounge. The venue is a great spot to go when you want to dance off the stress from the week to some incredible EDM music.

While many past guests rave about the bartenders and other staff on the inside, they have less than kind words for the bouncers at the door. Also, it’s known to get pretty stuffy in the venue, so be extra cautious if you have any type of breathing problems. As far as drinks go, they’re typically around $9, and bottle service is available if you desire.
