Bond Bar at The Cosmopolitan

Bond Bar at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas thrives on the spontaneity that is so familiar to those who frequent Las Vegas on last minute trips. You never know if you might end up rubbing shoulders with a star or if a performance will break out from nowhere.

LED displays and LCD screens all over the nightclub provide a constant ambient glow, complimented perfectly by the bar’s pictures windows which overlook the famous Las Vegas strip.

While the bar is reasonably price for such a nice club, be sure to take advantage of some of the more exotic menu items. Award winning mixologist, Kristen Schaefer, was brought on board to design a menu that would give traditional recipes a bit of a Vegas touch. For example, an appletini at Bond means a drink with fresh Fuji apple puree mixed with lemon juice and a house made infused vodka. Where else but Las Vegas are you going to find that? Even Bond’s grenadine is made in house.

There is always hit music playing to dance to or you can take a load off on one of the many daybeds and lounge chairs found throughout. If they’re all taken, grab one of the eighty five seats at the bar.
