Daylight Beach Club at Mandalay Bay

Sin City has changed a lot from its glory days as a gangster’s paradise. But the family friendly environment nowadays functions with plenty of adult fun as well. Perhaps no club embodies this dichotomy more than Daylight Beach Club/ Eclipse.

Housed in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, the Daylight Beach Club opened in the summer of 2013 ready to take on the day party scene prevalent in Las Vegas. Its sister club, Eclipse, promises to handle duties once the sun goes down every Wednesday night and some select others.

You can check the club’s calendar for which guest DJ will spin on Wednesday or what celebrity will be dropping by on a select day. Both are massive outdoor areas with a huge pool in the middle. Lounge chairs and sofas dot the dry land, giving clubbers a chance to sit down and have a conversation if they like.

So far, Daylight Beach Club has done a great job of bringing in talented DJs to play their beats live. The sound system does well for having the lack of acoustics typical to an outdoor club. As they just opened, Daylight Beach Club/ Eclipse have rights to being the premier outdoor clubs in Vegas. Check them out and decide for yourself.
