District N9NE

Set on 9th Street in Philadelphia, District N9NE has been hosting live music acts since it opened in September 2013 after taking over the space from Starlight Ballroom. Their first show was on September 14 and featured DJ Shadow.

Past guests compliment everything from the amount of space on the dance floor to the staff. They also state that the sound system and visuals are better than ever before.

District N9NE caters to the raver crowd, hosts frequent admission-charged parties and events, and occasionally hosts free parties for those 21+. It can get extremely crowded at their parties, so if you want to find a good spot to dance, get there early and be prepared to stay late. District N9NE often announces deals and specials on their Facebook page for everything from drink deals to free ticket giveaways.

Don’t expect a pretentious attitude to go along with your dancing. From the staff to the crowd, District N9NE is all about having a good time.
