Located in the epicenter of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s entertainment complex, Gryphon nightclub has redefined South Florida’s nightlife landscape. Created by John J. Surgent and famed nightclub empresario Michael Ault (SpyBar), (Chaos Soho, South Beach, San Paulo), (Tatou NYC, Aspen, Beverly Hills), MercBar, Pangaea (NYC, London, Marbella, Spain) and who has been called “the heaviest name in the party industry”, by the New York Daily News and “The King of New York Nightlife” by Variety magazine. The Gryphon and it’s sister club Pangaea deliver the ultimate nightlife experience through a successful mix of two sensational yet distinctive concepts transformed into one vibrant nightspot. Featuring world renowned DJ’S, spectaular dancers, hosts of percussionists, and a state-of-the-art Funktion-One sound system and Martin Mac lighting system. Gryphon nightclub has welcomed numerous celebrities through its doors including Kid Rock, Jamie Fox, Dennis Rodman, Joanna Krupa, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey.

Named after a mythological creature that symbolizes the domination of both the earth and the sky, the Gryphon’s architecture transports its visitors into a mysterious and seductive fantasy world by combining stylish, innovative and modern design elements highlighted by a dramatic steel rod cieling installation that envelops the discotheque. The Gryphon’s main level features a central sunken European-style dance floor flanked by exquisite banquettes and two distinctive bars. The elevated VIP area, which can also be booked for private functions, is separated from the main room by a color shifting opaque hedge colonnade inspired by the Cirque De Soliel performance of “O”. The VIP area is strictly for table service and includes its own private entrance way, bar, restrooms and security.
