Is it a bar? Is it an arcade? Is it a nightclub? Truth be told, it’s a little of everything. Insert Coins on the north end of Freemont Street may be unlike any other venue you’ve ever been to.

While during the day and early evening Insert Coins is primarily the first two concepts (dare we call it a “barcade”?), the nightclub part picks up at night with some of Las Vegas’ best local DJs and possibly DJs from around the world. The dance floor may not be as big as other nightclubs, but the excitement and energy may be bigger.

For those that choose VIP status, Insert Coins provides it in a unique way. In addition to your standard booth and bottle service, this venue provides you with your choice of 2 video game consoles and a menu of games for some intense “nerding out in style”. If you don’t want a personalized gaming booth, there are still plenty of games around for everyone to enjoy. Rows of vintage video games line one side of the venue.

If arcade games aren’t your thing, you can challenge strangers or friends to a game while waiting for your drink at the central bar. After you win that game at the bar head back to the dance floor or Insert some Coins and truly enjoy this one of a kind experience.
