La Machine du Moulin Rouge

La Machine du Moulin Rouge is a concert hall and night club in the Montmartre quarter of Paris. It offers three different evening experiences for tourists and regular guests alike. Le Bar a Bulles is the cozy lounge bar where guests can enjoy a drink after work or before going out, in a comfortable and original atmosphere with relaxing background music. In good weather, guests can have a drink on La Terrasse before the show or the dance floors open. Le Central is an 800-seat concert hall where the most popular artists of the moment are showcased, in association with the Moulin Rouge, and La Chaufferie is the night club itself. This room was once the boiler room of the Moulin Rouge dance hall, and the old boilers have been integrated into the original and very comfortable decor. Night clubbing is a very special experience here, with well-known French and international DJ’s and bands performing every music genre from house and deep techno to popular dance music and 80’s and 90’s tunes. Len Farki, Johannes Heil, Ana M, Wid-On, Towo, Vladislav Delay, Lee Gamble… just some of the names who have played sets at La Chaufferie, and young up-and-coming artists are also frequently invited. Cover charge is 15 to 20 Euros at the door, with online discounted sales possible. Smart casual dress is a must. There is easy access via public transport and the “Noctilien” buses run at night.
