Le Pigallion

Formerly a cabaret and strip club, during the 1990’s, the “Folies Pigalle” was one of the most trendy clubs in the emerging electronic music scene.  At that time is was under the direction of David Guetta and Kien, and soon the cabaret’s reputation was transformed.  Pigalle became more art-centered and dedicated to parallel music and new sounds.  After 20 years, Les Folies Pigalle was transformed into Le Pigallion and today the club programs the highest-level in electronic music sets and DJs such as DJ Phantasy, The Funktastics, Elisa Do Brasil, MC Skibadee, Minimal Trip, Neet and Klangkarussel.  A new bar has recently been set up on the first floor, the agenda has been refined, and the entrance is strictly supervised.  The decor around the stage, with gold borders and red walls reflect the clubbers’ as they dance.  Le Pigallion is open Fridays and Saturdays from midnight until noon the next day.  The doors are open all night, but the club fills up in particular at midnight, then at 4:00 or 5:00 and a last time at about 8:00 AM. Correct dress and behavior required.  There is no cover charge and drinks are reasonably priced.
