LE PRIVE

For over 50 years, le Privé has been a familiar establishment and now it caters to fans of electronic music who appreciate an eclectic music list. Just a few minutes from Avignon, in the village of les Angles, the club is located in a former rock quarry with a dance floor and seating area carved right out of the rock. Clubbing nights and theme nights alternate to the sounds of DJs such as Harold, Rocco Bonanza (resident), du Hast, the Legacy… while special theme nights are held for even greater diversity. When the weather warms the heated winter Patio is opened out onto a covered terrace surrounded by the quarry walls. Here clubbers will discover the source of the stone used to build the renowned 1^st century Roman Bridge over the Gard River, the ancient city walls, and the Avignon Bridge celebrated in French folk song. Four bars and a snack bar ensure that no one stays thirsty or hungry. The club is open from 11.00 PM to 6.00 AM Fridays and Saturdays and exceptionally on Thursdays. Cover charge is 10 Euros Friday; special cover charges with drinks included may apply. Prices for a bottle range from 30 to 130 Euros with special prices on Fridays. Visa/Master Card accepted. Appropriate smart casual dress is required. Guarded parking lot available.
