What do you get when you mash up an old-school style dance club with a state of the art sound system and light show? Machine! With one of the largest dance floors in all of Boston, Machine has been a huge force in the Boston club scene since 1998.

They continue to feature top notch entertainment including DJ-spun dance nights, drag shows, themed parties, private events, karaoke nights, theater shows and game nights. You’ll also find a poolroom, which regulars have deemed “The Ballroom.”

Stop by for All Star Mondays with DJ Ine, Punk Night Tuesdays with DJ Night and DJ Ghost, Show Me Your Stuff Wednesdays with DJ Ian Driver, Karaoke Carnival on Thursday with DJ Ryan Grow, Machine Friday featuring DJ Darrin Friedman and DJ Gay Jim, and round it out with Saturday’s Dykenight with DJ Dena and DJ Triana.

Machine is known for their strict coat check policy – every bag and backpack must be checked, and coats and jackets found on the floor, barrel, or stage will be automatically checked. The dress code is anything goes, and drink options include a wide selection of beers and mixed drinks. The bar is cash only, and some nights require a $10 cover.
