About MekkaYou would be at Mekka, one a small number of nightclubs in Miami that is a) 18+, b) open 24 hours a day on the weekends, and c) an offers a way more eclectic collection of weirdoes, freaks, party kids, and oddballs. You know, the sort of people who make things more interesting and fun.
With 30,000 sq. ft., spread out through multiple rooms, single level, warehouse style, but with the sort of décor one expects in South Beach (neo-modern, lots of white backgrounds, clean lines, lots of multi-colored mood lighting), Mekka offers five different rooms: the namesake Mekka, along with Goddess, Discotekka, OMG and Forbidden. The music leans heavily towards EDM, particularly in the wee hours on into the next morning, but you can expect some trap, latin and hip hop sprinkled in.
With plenty of VIP areas (at better than average prices), some of the bigger dance floors in Miami, and the multiple rooms, Mekka has a little something for anyone.
Music provided mostly by established and up-and-coming Miami talent, but superstars like Paul Oakenfold and underground hero Saeed Younan have both graced the decks at Mekka.
