On the ground floor of the building you can find the Max with a capacity of 1,500 and the Old Hall which holds 700; both are used for concerts and events. The ground floor is also home to an art gallery and Café-Restaurant.

Climb to the second floor and escape to a cinema that allows you to leave reality behind, the Theater Hall and Tea Room are other rooms on the second floor.
