About News LoungeNews Lounge is probably one of the most beautiful and relaxing places where you can hang out in Miami. With various rooms, a 100 seat courtyard, large outdoor TV screens, billiard tables, swings, lounging beds and seating areas to fit almost any taste. The atmosphere of this lounge is rather casual, but always trendy.
Money-wise this place is generally considered to fall into the average category. The cover fee is $10, which is acceptable considering how the place looks and where it is situated. Furthermore, they serve both lunches and brunches here, and the most expensive item on their food menu costs $14 (beef tenderloin).
For around $11, you can get a multigrain sandwich (with smoked salmon, for example). As for dessert, expect to pay up to $7 for one portion (for a chocolate mousse cake, for instance). When it comes to drinks, you can get almost any kind of beer for $3, vodka for $4, and cocktails such as Mojito and Martini for $5. Fancier cocktails will not go beyond $12.
The music here is usually mixed by DJs, but quite frequently the place will organize live performances on its patio area as well. Expect to listen anything in between top 40s and 80s rock here.
