About Old Rock House

The Old Rock House, which has been recently renovated, gets its name from an historic riverfront building that was dismantled in 1959 when the Gateway Arch was built. The current incarnation is over 6,000 square feet, spread over three levels, and includes a top notch sound, video, and light system. On the bottom floor you can treat yourself to some delicious eats, created by an award-winning chef.

Co-owner Tim Weber came up with his unique concept, which fuses music, great food, and good drinks, because he wanted a new experience for St. Louis – a music venue like no one in the area had ever seen before. Regular patrons agree that he’s done just that.

Parking is no problem here, thanks to the well-lit and free parking lot right across the street. The bar, restaurant, and venue is open every night, and offers food like Memphis-style BBQ, Frito Pie, turkey, and chicken.

The concerts at this venue are eclectic, and include everything from bluegrass to rock. Some shows are all ages, though most are 18+.
