Orpheus

Club Orpheus is one of Baltimore’s oldest and most legendary clubs for underground music and the place to be for this city’s best alternative, gothic and dance events. The club is always 18+ to enter and 21+ to drink. It’s almost important to note that this venue is cash only.

Club Orpheus has a fresh, new look and a new atmosphere that gives you exactly what you expect when you’re looking for an underground dance club! The venue offers a true 70-80’s retro light show, updated sound, a clean, classy environment and is always adding more to it to give you the best experience each and every weekend.

While the dress code of Club Orpheus is not overly strict, backpacks and large purses are not allowed. Not surprisingly, you will be required to wear a shirt and your pants need to be worn above your hips, otherwise you will be turned away. If you do have a backpack, it can be coat checked.

Club Orpheus’ HEX hosts a Gothic and Gothic Rock party each and every Friday evening, with all the first and third Friday of each month hosting a Fetish party.
