About Silencio

The Silencio is a multi-purpose cultural venue in the Grands Boulevards district in Paris, not far from the Palais Royal.  Its interior design, decoration, and furniture were entirely designed by artist-filmmaker David Lynch and made to measure for the Silencio by the most prestigious craftsmen.  The venue is host to a very wide range of cultural events, from concerts and films to seminars, exhibitions, and food tasting.  At midnight, the Silencio’s nightclub opens its doors to its members and the general public.  Tuesday nights are dedicated to electronic music, Wednesdays to Hip-Hop, and from Thursday to Sunday, the Silencio’s resident DJ’s are often accompanied by international DJs such as Jamie XX, Nicolas Jaar, A-Trak, Brodinski, Superpitcher, Pilooksi, and Arthur Baker.  Expect prices to be quite high here, the dress code elegant chic, and the doorman very severe in their scrutiny.  Members will have no difficulty getting in, and the non-members who are admitted will enjoy a memorable evening.  The Silencio is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
