STK Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan

STK is an amazing blend of two awesome venues; steakhouse and lounge.  This trendy New York eatery has expanded and now has a location on the Las Vegas strip inside The Cosmopolitan Casino.

The venue itself has an amazing modern design and feel to it.  The center of the venue is an open lounge furnished with cream leather seating and textured tiles.  The lounge also features a DJ playing live music which emanates throughout the venue.  Surrounding the central lounge is the elevated dining room.  There is dramatic lighting throughout the dining area and also great curved architectural walls as visual centerpieces.  Also if you look around you will catch several smoky mirrors about which helps patrons get a better glimpse of their full surroundings.

Now that we have told you about the lounge and the décor allow us to entice your taste buds with the main feature, the food! STK has a variety of cuts available on their menu.  These cuts also come in various sizes so that you can feed your exact hunger.  For those who are looking for more than just steak take a look at their signature items which include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; Shrimp Rice Krispies; Sweet Corn Pudding; and Jump Lump Crab Salad.
