The Fillmore Silver Springs

The Fillmore is a well known music hall with franchises all over the US. With over a 50 year history Fillmore has established its place in music history. This location is a 2,000 person capacity concert hall located right outside of Washington DC in Silver Springs, Maryland. The Fillmore is a concert venue for all music from Blues to Rock.

Keeping with its history The Fillmore Silver Springs has a large neon sign and reminds you of a 60s movie theater in appearance.  When entering the front lobby you see high ceilings and bright chandeliers.  You are able to enter through the row of double doors right onto the main floor which is completely open so whether right at the stage, in the center, or near the back you are able to have clear vision of your favorite performers.  With intelligent lighting and stacked concert speakers hanging from the ceiling you are provided a great live concert experience.

You are also able to go upstairs and enjoy your evening from the balcony which is roomy and has an additional bar for quick service.  For those who don’t want to stand the entire time there is also seating available for you on the balcony which still provides you a great view.  Downstairs from the main lobby there is a VIP area available for those who need an escape from the main crowd and music.
