The Loft At Barfly

The Loft at Barfly, located on the fifth floor of the Barfly club, is an edgy, hip space that’s primarily used for special events. With an array of lighting and modern furniture, which can be adjusted for any set-up, the space can hold groups of anywhere from 25 to 800 people.

While the space is often used for private events, many local DJ promoters rent out the space for open-to-the-public events. If you’re lucky enough to get in on one of these spectacular shows, you’ll head to the elevator in Barfly and rise five stories to The Loft.

Typical artists include local DJs, many of whom specialize in Dubstep. Glow sticks abound, go-go dancers are aplenty, and the vibe is laid back with a punch of energetic dancing. Tickets range from $10-$35, and recent acts have included Mimosa, Kastle, Thriftworks, and Cookie Monsta.

This is a high-class venue that caters to a very specific crowd, so expect drink prices to be higher than you’d find at other clubs. There are no VIP areas or bottle service – just being in The Loft is a VIP experience in and of itself.
