The Metropolitan Nightclub

Each Saturday evening, this two-story New Orleans warehouse transforms into a Metropolitan night club. It is one of the premier video clubs in the entire city. Two rooms are filled with smoke machines, strobe lights and colorful lighting illuminate the space, and the dance music is mixed by video DJ Ronnie Roux and DJ Wixx.

Patrons can check out the video show on any one of the seven flat screen TVs or five projectors. Every few weeks a special guest DJ makes the rounds, including past guests like Will Smith’s former partner in crime DJ Jazzy Jeff, Space Cowboy, famous as Lady Gaga’s DJ, and DJ Scene.

There are two formats available to customers. One room is home to Top 40, Hip-Hop, Rock, Pop, and Mash-Ups, while the other features the best Electro, Techno, Breaks, House, and Dubstep you’ll find. Amenities include valet parking, eleven bar stations, coat check, available VIP service, and covered walkways to keep you comfortable no matter what the weather is throwing at you.

The VIP Experience offers bottle service for less cash than you’ll see at other similar clubs, and in total there are 14 VIP sections that can accommodate parties of virtually any size. Make a reservation online or call for more details.
