The Vogue Theatre

When it comes to award-winning nightclubs, The Vogue Theater takes the Indianapolis cake. It’s won dozens of local awards, including Best Live Music Venue, Best Dance Club, Best Mid-Week Dance Club, and Best Place to VIP. In fact, it’s won several of these awards many times! There’s no question that The Vogue is at the top in Indy’s club scene.

Located in the Broad Ripple neighborhood, The Vogue got its start when it opened as a movie theater in 1938. For three decades it was one of the most highly-acclaimed movie theaters in the Midwest, until the late ‘70s when its transformation to a nightclub took place. Over the years, many top bands have played, including Ice Cube, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Blondie, Johnny Cash, and The White Stripes.

While local and nationally touring acts perform several nights a week, every Wednesday and Saturday night you can stop by for one of the hottest dance parties in Indiana. DJs mix up everything from Top 40, to hip-hop, to techno, to EDM. Bottle and VIP service are available, and cover charges vary based on the particular DJ spinning on a given night.
