Wonder Ballroom

Wonder Bar in Portland has been hosting some of the most popular names in music – including 3OH!3 and Icona Pop, since its opening in 2004. The building itself dates back to 1914, and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Past guests compliment the quality of music acts that perform at Wonder Ballroom, but take issue with the reportedly rude staff. The other huge complaint is that the floor is split in half for drinkers and non-drinkers. As far as drinks go, well drinks are going to cost you around $4 or $5 each. While Wonder Ballroom is typically 21+, they do host all age events. Dress is casual, but neat. Smoking is not allowed indoors, only outside, and they do have a coat check. The cover is typically around $15 or $20, but can vary depending on the act. They can hold 778 people standing room, and 550 people if chairs are used.
