Leeds Festival at Bramham Park

The Leeds Festival is a sprawling, energetic part of the combined Reading and Leeds Festivals, which take place annually in England. Both events take place during the same long weekend, and both share the bill. However, the Leeds Festival is held at its own location in Bramham Park, near Wetherby. There are tons of ways for party-goers to enjoy this festival, but the most popular is to camp right on the grounds of the historic house where the festival is held.

While this festival-duo is one of the oldest popular festivals in the world, it’s changed with the times. Originally created to focus on rock, it now incorporates alternative, indie, punk, and metal. One of the unusual aspects of this festival is that it has a relatively low capacity at around 75,000. This may seem like a lot, but when you consider the number of worldwide fans ready to rock out, it’s easy to see that fans get turned away every year.

The 2014 lineup is expected to be the best yet, and includes already confirmed acts like Blink-182, Arctic Monkeys, You Me at Six, Annie Mac, Issues, Royal Blood, SBTRKT, The 1975, Of Mice & Men, I Am Legion, and Disclosure LIVE.
