Awakening ft. Paul van Dyk @ Exchange LA

This trance legend needs no introductions. He is one one of the greatest and most widely-renowned names in dance music and his inspiration and influence has touched and created some of the most-respected producers in the genre and all of house music. Paul van Dyk is unmissable and should be on every EDM fan’s Bucket List. If you haven’t seen him… you should, and if you already have… you understand.

Control ft. The Crystal Method, Jacob Plant, and James Egbert @ Avalon Hollywood

Control LA brings us another solid lineup, mixing iconic artists with some of the most-talented, up-and-coming, young DJs in EDM. The Crystal Method formed in the early ’90s and has produced some of the most recognizable tracks featured in movies and TV shows. Control LA is 19-and-up, providing a great opportunity for the newer generation of dance music lovers to get an education.

Noize Fridays ft. Stafford Brothers @ Create

There’s nothing better than a Friday night, a massive dancefloor, and two bad-ass Australians slingin’ the hottest EDM beats. If you want a massive start to your holiday weekend, Create always serves up the biggest order of party you can handle. They even stay open until 4 a.m., so no worries of having to put your raging to bed early.

Budweiser and Jay Z pres. Made In America Music Festival @ Grand Park (DTLA)

Although this event isn’t strictly EDM-based, the lineup has a bulky roster consisting of some of dance music’s biggest names, such as: Steve Aoki, Afrojack, Gareth Emery, R3hab, Wolfgang Gartner, DVBBS, and 12th Planet. If you can’t even imagine Labor Day Weekend without a music festival involved… Grand Park is the place to be for you, dear raver.

Avaland ft. Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Maor Levi, and Randy Seidman @ Avalon Hollywood

If you haven’t seen Infected Mushroom at the historic Avalon in Hollywood, you must add this show to the Do Not Miss List.
