About Magic Stick Lounge

The Magic Stick has routinely been thought to be one of Detroit’s top live music venues. Pundits from Rolling Stones to Metro Times have chosen the Magic Stick as truly one of the town’s greatest places to view a live show. Previous Magic Stick shows include The National, The White Stripes, Interpol, Jack Johnson, Kings of Leon, Mudhoney, Modest Mouse, The Kills, Childish Gambino and Sleigh Bells.

The Magic Stick has a side stage (Magic Stick Lounge) next to principal room for becoming more popular artist showcases along with an outside roof top patio known as the Street Deck. Besides being the most truly effective concert venue within the town of its size, The Magic Stick further is a unique website for special occasions including weddings, fundraisers, fashion shows, corporate parties and private leases.

What to Expect:

The Magic Stick is described by past guests as a relatively inexpensive spot which is great for dancing. Possessing a Hipster ambiance, the Magic Stick is described as being loud with a casual dress code.

Parking is available both on the street and in a private parking lot, so if you decide to drive, know that you have options.
The best nights to check out the Magic Stick are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, so if you have plans on all three of those nights but want to check out the Magic Stick, cancel your plans on at least one of those night.
