Owners Veta Cicolello and Theo Antoniadis have one rule: Everything booked must be unusual and unconventional.

They’ve created the space to be a perpetual “work in progress”, which is evidenced by the movable walls, the unique curtains that can be switched out at a moment’s notice, and the cables that dangle from every ceiling tile, ready to hoist up a new art installation – or new performer.

A few recent examples of the venue in action include a 4D art installation that got the audience involved, a CD release party, a wedding, and a dance party.
