Reliant Arena

Labelled the “Eighth Wonder of the World” when it was built in 1965, the formerly known “Astrodome” was the world’s largest indoor and only domed stadium at the time. When the baseball field’s grass died due to a lack of natural light and new synthetic covering called AstroTurf was introduced, the ground for the “Reliant Park” was laid.

With four venues to choose from, “Reliant Park” is serving as a platform for trade shows, sports events and the infamous Wrestlemania, but also regularly hosts concerts in the “Reliant Arena”. A floor space of 25,000 square feet and fixed seats invite you to a typical stadium type atmosphere, generally drawing big scale artists such as The Rolling Stones, Metallica, U2, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Hillsong United and many more.

Numerous bars and stalls offer a variety of drinks and snacks – expect prices to be located a little higher than usual.

If you don’t mind crowds and would like to catch the next big mainstream act, “Reliant Arena” is the place to be.
