The elegant, cavernous, Art Nouveau decor of this former underground naval hangar beneath the spectacular Alexandre III bridge over the Seine lets the highbrow Showcase club live up to its name. Comfortable booths and sofas and stunning views of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower add to the casually cool exclusivity of this venue. The luxurious lighting and vaulted stone walls provide an unique backdrop to the house and techno sets that are the main feature at this venue. Weeknights are devoted to special events and weekends to clubbing. Live concerts and DJ sets have included names like The Hacker, Remote, Remain,  Tensnake, Clement Meyer, Siler and Dima, Wankelmut, Nitin, Wolf & Lamb, Laura Jones, Ryan Crosson, My Favorite Robot and many others. The full bar provides drinks – count on from 5 Euros for beer and 12  Euros minimum for cocktails,  and around 200 Euros for a bottle. An outdoor patio is open for those who wish to smoke. Open Fridays and Saturdays 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Cover charge for special events is 10 to 20 Euros and free entry nights are frequent. It is wise to arrive at the door early – even  before 10 PM – to avoid long lines as the Showcase gets very crowded at weekends.
