About Warehouse LiveSituated on the second floor of an old 1920s industrial building, a 20-foot vintage neon marquee welcomes you to the one-of-a-kind concert and event venue “Warehouse Live”. Finding yourself in a place with true rock music fashion, displaying a gritty, run-down and dark décor, the venue features two independent spaces, called “Ballroom” and “Studio”, both hosting a variety of events.
With a great soundsystem, the place is perfect for local bands or large national acts, who are coming through regularly and couldn’t be more diverse: from Talib Kweli, Nekromantix, Cut Copy to The Faint, Empire of the Sun and In Flames, the list of artists having graced the “Warehouse Live” is seemingly colourful and: endless.
On the flip side line-ups at the door are long, shows start late and seating is sparse, so leave your heels at home and slide into your comfy flats, preferably not your dearest ones.
In the end it’s all about the music, and the more authentic the better – who said style is about comfort?
