Zanzibar

Zanzibar is the kind of place to go when you simply want to have fun without much of the “fancy stuff”. Although this nightclub looks quite good on the inside (very nice interior design), the crowd usually has a laid back attitude and most of them are non-judgmental about how you are dressed. However, that does not mean that you should not be well-groomed.

Entry fee does not usually go beyond $10, which can come as quite cheap if you are used to Los Angeles nightclubbing. Furthermore, if you come before 10 p.m. (and do not mind having to wait for the party to start), you can get in for free. Also, ladies are usually allowed to enter for free.

Pricing on drinks are also average. For example, for $12 you can get vodka and energizer and almost any other drink will not get beyond this price range (most of them are cheaper, especially if they are on offer).

Music is mostly centered on hip-hop and old-school 90s songs, but if you like some other genres, keep an eye on their special events nights (such as the Salsa night, for instance). Overall, this is a very good place to dance and feel good.
